No. RelayInstant is not a general-purpose or personal AI assistant. It will not answer open-ended questions, hold a general conversation, or generate content. It does one thing: carry out specific, defined tasks across the apps, software and tools you connect — such as adding a spreadsheet row, sending an invoice, logging an expense, creating a task, or scheduling an event. If a request isn't a task it can perform on one of your connected platforms, it won't handle it.
Send a message or voice note to your RelayInstant WhatsApp number describing the task you want done — for example, "Log a $450 expense in the budget sheet" or "Invoice John Smith $200". RelayInstant reads the request, identifies the specific task and platform, performs that one action through your authorized integrations, and replies with a confirmation. It only carries out defined tasks on your connected software; it does not answer open-ended questions or chat.
No. RelayInstant runs entirely inside WhatsApp — the app you already have on your phone. Sign up on this site, connect the platforms you use, and start chatting. There is nothing extra to install.

Conversation messages are encrypted at rest and automatically deleted within 48 hours. Access tokens for the apps you connect are stored encrypted at rest, used only to perform the actions you request, and deleted when you disconnect. RelayInstant uses the official WhatsApp Business API and follows Meta's policies for business messaging. You message a verified RelayInstant business number, not a third-party clone, and all communication runs over WhatsApp's secured infrastructure.
Yes. The Team Account Owner can invite teammates, control which integrations each member is allowed to connect, and manage permissions. Each member authorizes their own platform connections individually — owners do not see or use member tokens, and members do not see each other's tokens unless explicitly assigned.
