Conversation messages are encrypted at rest and automatically deleted within 24 hours. Access tokens for the apps you connect are stored encrypted at rest, used only to perform the actions you request, and deleted when you disconnect. RelayInstant uses the official WhatsApp Business API and follows Meta's policies for business messaging. You message a verified RelayInstant business number, not a third-party clone, and all communication runs over WhatsApp's secured infrastructure.
Yes. The Team Account Owner can invite teammates, control which integrations each member is allowed to connect, and manage permissions. Each member authorizes their own platform connections individually — owners do not see or use member tokens, and members do not see each other's tokens unless explicitly assigned.
